HP ProBook 450 15.6 inch G9 Notebook PC (4D3X1AV)

Hello.  I am assisting setting up computers for a local school.   I referenced HP computer was not able to be booted up due to a bit locker issue.  No one in the school knows the Microsoft account associated with the computer in order to access the account.  None of the original paperwork is available from when the computer was purchased.  Would you be able to assist me in opening the computer back up?  My understanding is that it was only lightly used by one former employee.  Thank you in advance for your help.

Hi:

 

If you don't have the BitLocker key, there is nothing you can do other than to reinstall Windows on the drive.

 

Use the HP cloud recovery client utility to make a bootable USB recovery drive that will return the drive to its 'out of the box' condition.
