See this link for the ways to find the Bitlocker key.

 

Find your BitLocker recovery key - Microsoft Support

 

If the information is of no help to you, your only other option will be to reinstall Windows on the drive.

 

All data on the drive is forever unrecoverable without entering the Bitlocker key to decrypt files on the drive.
