I have never set up BitLocker on my lap top, however while working today, it suddenly showed an error screen, restarted and I was locked out. It now shows that I need a recovery key that there is no way for me to have, as I never set it up to begin with. I am unable to find it in any way, I am unable to even format the computer and get in it. All of the trouble shooting options on the screen that I am locked at are giving me errors.
