After I flashed the BIOS I could not get BitLocker to turn back on I was advised by the instructions I received from the Internet to turn it off before I did the update completely update into it back on but you cannot save it or get a recovery key turn it off. During this process I was advised to reinstall Windows 10 with a fresh start so I did I tried to turn it all back on it doesn't recognize its boot order and thinks that there's no operating system and stays in the mode of trying to switch to secure boot back to default settings each time the system comes up saying that there's no operating system or please put in the code to continue to switch to secure boot and now I don't know if I did something wrong or not and I'm trying to get it back on track so I can turn off BitLocker back on. I was trying to remember the secure boot because it's the only thing i'm missing for my product to being able to update to windows 11.

I am not sure what has happened with bitlocker. I understand you want Windows 11 and do not need any of your personal files.
I suggest you install Windows 11 using procedures @Paul_Tikkanen recommended in this discussion
If you download the version 4 refus use the following setup to make an easy install
After you get win11 running then enable tpm2 and secure boot in bios and enable bitlocker if you really want bitlocker.

Hello @myekal4
About Bitlocker, you can try to clear the TPM in the BIOS Security tab (before trying to re-initiate BL).
Also, ensure the TPM status shows as Available & Enabled
