Hey, I need help, Ive been having problems in my computer since a long time ago (you can see what those are by going to my other discussions in this account) and today it went blue screen as it usually does, but when I normally force shutdown it and booted it up again, it said "automatic repair is preparing" and then it turned off again, when i turned it on again this appeared (image): BitLocker. What should I do? I need immediate help as I need the computer for today.

You're very welcome.
That is great news!
Yes, all you need to do is to enter that long key into the space provided and you will be able to regain access to your notebook.
After you do that, if you don't need your drive's files encrypted, you can turn off Bitlocker, so you don't get that unpleasant surprise again.

Hi:
If you set up your PC using a Microsoft account, hopefully you exported the Bitlocker recovery key to your Microsoft when asked to do so during the setup process.
Finding your BitLocker recovery key in Windows - Microsoft Support
If you have no Bitlocker recovery key, you will have to clean install W11 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the media creation tool.
Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)
During the initial phase of the setup, you will need to clean the disk.
All data currently on the hard drive is lost and cannot be recovered without the Bitlocker recovery key.
When you are at the screen where you get the 'windows cannot be installed to this disk' message, run the Run the Diskpart utility and clean the disk.
That should remove all formatting and partitions on the drive.
- Press Shift+F10 from inside Windows Setup screen to open a command prompt window.
- Type diskpart and press the Enter key.
- Type list disk to find your disk number.
- Type select disk (e.g., select disk0) to choose the disk you want to format.
- Finally, type clean to wipe the disk completely.
- Exit diskpart and install Windows.
Then you will need to load the Intel storage controller drivers needed for W11 to find the drive on PC's with Intel 11th generation and newer processors.
I have zipped up and attached the Intel storage controller drivers that Windows needs to find the drive.
The attached file is good for both W10 & W11.
Copy all of the files in both folders in the attached file to a USB flash drive.
Have the flash drive and your Windows installation media plugged into USB ports.
Boot from the W10/W11 installation flash drive.
When you get to the screen where no drives can be found, click on the Load driver option, browse to the flash drive with the storage controller drivers on it.
If you check the box, it will only include the compatible driver.
Click Next and if those are the right drivers Windows should find the drive and install.
