If this is a bitlocker PIN then it means the OS system is encrypted:
If you do not have the bitlocker recovery key, then you can only wipe the harddrive and re-install the PC (everything is lost then). There is no way to "repair" the PC as its not (technically) broken.
Keep noted that Microsoft BitLocker is a complex encryption solution used by most enterprise companies, so do not spend your time in using solutions in order to crack/hack them you will for sure fail.
