Product: USB-C/A Universal Dockingstation G2 on HP Elitebook 837 G7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi,
I bought the USB-C/A Universal Dockingstation G2 for my Elitebook 835 G7 allowing me to work with external keyboard and display. Everything works fine if I am already looked in to MS Windows. But is not possible to do pre-boot authentication - e.g., Bitlocker, with an external keyboard (USB to dock) and DP display without opening my Elitebook? Does anyone have experience with this? Possibly I have to enable/disable something in the BIOS.
Thank you in advance.
