Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi, I got this problem that I buy this laptop over a  year ago in SAM'S and this device never ask me for a bitlocker to put in or to create and suddenly it ask me for a update, after the update it ask me for this bitlocker thing and I never did it because it never ask me to do it and now I cant use my laptop because of this  and I don't know what to do. can anyone help me or know something of this?

In that case it is not permitted to post instructions about locked password, bios password, windows password cause security measures.



According to the Community's Rules of Participation:
