The laptop became slow and I went into safe mode, but there it was locked and the password to continue does not work. In the command prompt I see that bitlock has been activated, but no key can be found.
Is there any way to get it up and running without losing everything?

Answering MayS in another post from me she closed. I Have been in contact with service in USA who have referred me locally, I have tried to get help locally, but I should be a registered customer to be able to register a case. To become a customer, I should buy products from them. I have never experienced such difficulties in getting help with or getting repairs on things I have bought. I have regularly bought expensive laptops from HP, but I think next week I will buy a Mac.
