Product: Envy touchsmart m7

My Envy touchsmart has a black screen on start up. Cap lock button flashes white twice, the f12 buttin is constant orange light. I have tried the windows button and bot the b and v button. Still nothing. Can HP run the diagnostic remotely for me?

I can hear the hard drive turn on start up. I also did recommended updates just before problem (I think).

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not booting to windows and the caps lock light is blinking.
