Not even a Month of having this laptop...heck! barely 3 weeks. Either way, I havent even used the laptop except to browse to inkscape and photoshop to it. Now, out of No Where, I am getting black screen with spinning blue cursor.... I cant even get chat support, only a Virtual Assistant! JESUS, why do I keep purchasing HP laptops??? I swear, this will be my last one.
Anyway. I've followed both videos and steps you have here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qpiGUojtr3E and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sj6kYmT7GLs and each time after the Bios procedure, it reboots to the same thing....Black Screen, spinning blue cursor!!!???
Does anyone have "any" assistance or remedy they can offer or have I simply spent over a thousand dollars for a flip open black screen?
