Product: HP Pavilion - 14-ce3065st
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I put my Pavilion laptop in "sleep" mode and the next day, the bottom of the laptop was quite hot. I turned it on, the "on" button did illuminate, but the screen is black. I cannot hear the fans and also the little white light on the right side of the laptop doesn't blink anymore. I turned it on with and without the plug and nothing changed. Please help! I don't want to bring in for repair if someone can walk time through steps to try and get it to work. Thank you in advance.
