Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm having black screen issue on Black Screen on HP Envy 13 x360 ay0050au Ryzen 7 4700u 16GB/512GB. I have tried below things and all failed to work:

  • Ctrl+B (also Ctrl+V) and Power Button. Still black Screen
  • Pressing Power Button for 30 seconds and still black Screen with AC Adapter and without AC Adapter. Same thing with battery and out Battery (after enclosure opened.

Just to add it happened before but recovered as that time the laptop booted to BIOS/Diagnostics screen so I installed fresh windows. Then updated all drivers, Windows updates. But suddenly it went off and never turn on till now. 

 

As of now I cannot even access to BIOS, Diagnostic screen, it's just black. Let me reiterate issue as soon as I pressed power button, laptop fan turned on for 2-4 seconds and it goes off while screen remains black. Sometimes caps lock LED flash 2 times, sometimes 3, sometimes even 5 times but mostly does not flash at all.

 

Kindly help me to fix the issue once and for all.
