I have the same issue, but I tried what you suggested and no luck. I have a HP ENVY x360 - 15m-bq121d and its operating on Windows 10. I was working on the laptop and the screen turned white. When I did a reset, it only has the power button light up, I hear a fan, but the keyboard doesn’t work and the screen is black as if it is off. What should I do?

If you have already performed the BIOS Rollback as instructed in the other post, I suggest you contact HP Support for Service Options

 

Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true and select your Country to get the Contact details for HP Support
