First things first, you have to be able to see your screen to get into bios. Have you tried holding down shift key (keep holding it down until screen appears)  while rebooting? Hopefully that would get you to a troubleshooting screen>advanced startup>restart>safe mode. Here is a good article to follow: https://10pcg.com/how-to-revert-bios-update/

If your screen stays black, take out the cmos battery>long press power for 30 seconds or just wait a few minutes before re-installing cmos battery and try again. The cmos battery trick resets the BIOS to default. These are just initial steps to take before you can rollback the bios version.
