HP Recommended
Product: HP ENVY Laptop 13 ba0002na

Updated my laptop, tried to turn it on for the first time since the update and after I try logging in a black screen appears with only the cursor visible. I’ve tried Turning it off and Pressing Windows+B then pressing the power button and releasing all 3, with no luck.
