After a restart following a windows update wind the left slide of the display faded very dark. When I was finally able to see the pointer over the Start I did a reboot, when it came back up the screen stayed black. I have tried all solutions I can find with no luck. When I do a power restart the hp logo will quickly, there is so other sign of life.
