Black screen, caps lock blinking 3 times, f12 light on

So I was using my laptop when it shut down because the battery was completely drained, I plugged in my charger to see this problem, the caps lock is blinking three times and the f12 button is lit on, the fan starts for about 3 secs after booting but the screen stays black with no beeps, I don't think it's a hardware error.

I faced this problem once yesterday too, but I just shut down the laptop, disconnected the charger and booted it again and it turned on, but today it didn't. I have not tried to clean the fan yet nor i re seated the ram. I just tried to drain the auxiliary power by pressing the power button for 15 secs, but no luck.

Edit: I tried re-seating the ram, still no luck.

I'm really sorry for the late reply, but I already went for a repairment because I tried everything I can do to fix it at home.
