 The screen of my HP Evny x360 is completely black. after a complete discharge the PC has turned off and after attaching it to the power supply and having it turned on again the screen is black. the computer turns on but remains black.

Perform a hard reset first: Unplug the AC adapter, remove any peripherals, and if possible, disconnect the internal battery (HP Envy x360 batteries are non-removable without opening the bottom panel). Hold the power button for 30-60 seconds to drain residual power, then reconnect power only and turn on
