When I turn on my computer I can get to the HP Opening, and I have tried the self diagnostics, hard reset, restart, start up, etc., but it always (after telling me that the c drive has been repaired), goes black, with the blue circle and white cursor alternating and blinking (but movable). I am not sure if it's on Windows 10 or 11. Is it time to find a repair guy?

Hello Irwin6,
Thank you for your quick response. Except for "battery check, calibration required 20-6", everything passed. I continued on until it asked me to reload windows, and I chose "from my hard drive". Then the blinking circle was back. The first option to reset did not work. I also got a message that my diagnostics were not up to date, but I don't know how to get them if I can't use windows? Thanks again for your help. I hope you have something else for me to try?
