Yesterday my laptop was working perfectly fine, I left it to have some dinner and when I came back it displayed a black screen with hard disk error telling me to check the hard disk. I did and it said it failed. It also said the OS can't be found. I will probably just need to take it in but was wondering if anybody had any other suggestions.

If your notebook is still under warranty, you will need to have the 512 GB NVMe drive replaced, and the operating system reinstalled.
