Not able to boot past pin login screen. Off boot menu ran several tests and received one failure 

 

type ‘symptom 3-0’ description is Memory Module 2. I do have a failure ID if helpful. 

UEFI hardware version is 7.6.0.0 and there is a statement saying my diagnostics is not up to date 

 

unable to get anything to load after entering PIn. Screen goes black w no blinking cursor.  

any suggestions on what to try or do I need to take laptop in? Purchased in 2020. Light use but need it to work.
