So had a blue screen Friday night 100% recovery got tired of waiting for it to shut down and reboot so I shut down the computer and turned it off. So now black screen no sounds one light on the side of the machine that stays on and sometimes fluctuates on and off cannot hard reset nothing is happening help me please
