Black secreen with cursor

During update, my computer turned off and now I am getting black screen with cursor. 

Even ctr÷alt+del or booting the system through pendrive  is not working as screen is black.

BIOS setting m abale to go but tried all method still safe mode is not appearing. 

Can any body help me...

Hi,

Try performing diagnostics at boot and see if there are any failures.

Turn off the PC by holding the power button. Turn on PC and repeatedly keep pressing ESC until the startup menu appears and then press F2 to enter diagnostics. Try the fast test, or at least the hard drive test.

See if there are any hardware errors.

When you say it does not boot from the USB drive. When you start the PC and go to the startup menu (Turn on PC and repeatedly keep pressing ESC until the startup menu appears) and press F9 for boot menu, do you see the USB drive in the list?

Did you create the USB drive with the Microsoft media tool?

I have performed extensive test and found no issue with hardware.

Also pendrive is displaying in boot option but after selecting it, nothing is happening except 'please wait' message.

I was guessing  perhaps due to black screen nothing comes up post please wait messge...
