My HP Envy dif the same thing nothing i have tried does anything thati can tell i been trying for months even contacted tech support they sent me a flash drive with instructions. I folled the instructions just like they said and still have the same problem windows won't load can't get past the HP Logo screen. Tried to start a repair ticket because it is still under warranty but that gets me nowhere. I bought a HP because i was told they have the best customer support. Do far they only sent me flash drive that doesn't do anything or they sent me to a repair shop that doesn't even do warranty work for HP . U Break I fix apparently has not been doing warranty work for HP at least two years . You spend $1,000 dollars on a computer you think it would work for more than a month. I had mine a month only turned it on three or four times before it went to a black screen. I would like to know how to file a claim on my warranty. If anybody know or had successfully done would you please tell me how before my warranty runns out in January. Because right now i have a very expensive paper wait because that's all it is good for
