I've just setup my brand new HP stream 14-cb007na notebook. After switching it back on after i had set it up the screen goes blank after i input the security pin. Can anybody help?

Welcome to HP forums, I see that your new notebook screen goes blank after putting the pin.
Follow the below steps to fix this issue.
-
Press CTRL+ALT+DEL keys.
-
Click Task Manager.
-
Click the Services tab.
-
Locate and right-click App Readiness in the Name column.
-
Select Stop from the menu.
To prevent this issue in the future, follow the below steps.
-
Install HP Image Enhancement for System Logon using SoftPaq SP82019.
- Install all available Windows updates.
