Product: HP EliteBook 745 G5 Notebook PC

I have replaced a battery with a new one. After that I have  unplugged BIOS battery and afterwards I am not able to run the notebook. I have tried to recover BIOS according to docs: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_3932413-2337994-16. Finally laptop is not turning ON. Caps-lock and num-lock (F10) is blinking 7 times.

Please help.
