Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good day my HP elitebook 8470p was playing music then just shut off dragging the sound of music so when I tried to switch it on back again they were flashes on cap lock but unfortunately didn't count how many flashes, then disconnected the battery and ram when I tried to switch it on back again now there is only a blinking light on the power led.  I did all troubles shooting I got from this site but still nothing changed, my first step was to hard reset nothing changed, my second was to test for loose memory on both slots nothing changed I even changed ram, I removed my hard drive, I disconnected bios battery nothing changed its still stuck on the blinking light
