Dear HP Support Team,
I am experiencing a critical issue with my HP Victus laptop. After powering it on, the system stays on for approximately 20 seconds before displaying a blue screen error with the stop code: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. This occurs consistently on startup.
This issue began immediately after a technician replaced the thermal paste on the CPU/GPU using a standard (non-original) thermal paste. Since then, the laptop fails to boot into the operating system and shows the blue screen error every time—even on the second attempt.
I have attached a photo of the blue screen for reference.
Please advise on the possible cause and solution. Could this be related to improper thermal paste application or hardware damage?
