Blue box asking for admin password

I was on my laptop and I shut down to eat but when I got back on this blue box appeared asking for an administrator password, but I don't have one. but I was reading that if you press enter 3 times it will give you a set of numbers. My set is 52730498 what do I do

That is a Disable Code but we're not permitted to provide Disable Code bypasses anymore.

Passwords can NOT be recovered; instead, they have to be reset.

We are not permitted to assist in resetting passwords due to HP Policy.

Thanks for responding, and that's a shame that you can't give me a code. But where can I get my admin password reset, do I go to the store that I brought it
