When I log into my computer, it’s available to do things for one minute before it gives me a blue screen and restarts.
Ive completed the Fast test and Extensive tests, which both passed. I’ve also changed settings in the “Advanced System Settings” that one of the forums said to do but no luck.
It does give me notifications that the memory is low but I have no idea how when all I do is college work, And have music and pictures.
I bought the laptop in FEB 2018 so why would I have an issue 2 years later?

@RBF14 Greetings from the HP Community!
I have a few steps that should help your cause:
When you get BSOD, just close the PC using power button, press it continuously till it get switched off.
- Power ON and OFF it abruptly when Windows logo appears during boot process. Repeat this 3-4 times, until windows show you various recovery options.
- Assuming you reached the Windows 8 or 10 recovery options, go into Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Command Prompt.
- Run following command in it:
sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows
- It’ll find some errors but shall not be able to fix all. Also run following command then:
bcdedit /set {default} bootmenupolicy legacy
- Now close the command prompt and reboot the computer.
