Product: HP Pavilion - 15-cs0053cl

I can log in to my profile. Stays black screen for about 10 minutes before loading into Home Screen. Once loaded onto n Home Screen takes another 5-10 minutes to get settings tab opened.  Then it goes to a sorry we ran into a problem with boot drive and blue screen
