HP Recommended
Product: HP Laptop - 15-ef1072nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Blue screen error.  Automatic repair / advanced options / troubleshoot / advanced options / regardless of what option i select it goes to choose (my name is in the box) an account to continue / now it says enter the password for this account.  I don't have a password in order to fix the issue.  Any fixes would be highly appreciated !
