Blue screen of death HP notebook

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I have had my hp notebook for a while and one day i booted my device up and i had a blue screen with error 80004001.

I messed around to see if I couldn’t fix it but I cannot couldnt so i searches the error code up but it didn’t help.

Also when I boot my device a black screen says system board 00A. 

I have tried everything literally please help me 🙏

The product number is: N7J57EA. 

 

The article didn’t help me but is this fixable without servicing my laptop. I haven’t replaced any components so I don’t think the serial code is entered incorrectly

Are you getting a Bluescreen error or System information missing error on startup?

Sorry for the late reply, 

On start up i get a screen saying System Board error then the hp loading screen comes up then my blue screen.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
