Blue screen on startup, only given errors when trying to troubleshoot

HP Recommended
Notebook 15

When I boot up my laptop I’m given a blue page that first asks what layout my keyboard is in, after selecting I’m given two option of troubleshoot or turn of my pc. I’ve tried rebooting several times to no avail. When selecting troubleshoot, I can chose HP Recover Manger or Advanced option, and no matter what I chose it gives me and error of some sort. And whenever I try to diagnose or repair, I’m told it’s unable to. I’m not sure what’s wrong or what to even do with my computer 😞

@Jennltho

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

In order that I may provide you with an accurate solution, I will need a few more details and I would appreciate if you could, perhaps elaborate on your concern.

  • What is the exact model for your computer?
  • What is the operating system you are using?
  • What is the exact error you are getting?
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?

Look forward to hearing from you and you have a great day!

Take care.

Cheers!
