  •  I did a hard shut off on my computer two days ago, it wouldn't cut shut down properly. I power it up today, I see a blue screen with a caption that says choose an option, troubleshoot, reset your computer, and turn off your PC. That's it? nothing else, what to do next? Of course I have control of the cursor as well.

Please try to boot the windows in safe mode

Then perform the below steps and check for the result.

  1. Press WINDOWS-R on the keyboard to bring up the Run window, enter MSCONFIG and click OK.
  2. Under the General tab, click Normal mode
  3. Click apply and restart the computer
