HP Laptop - 17t-by300 CTO

My laptop has the "Boot Device Not Found" error every time I turn on my computer and Windows will not load. It happened a few days ago when Windows forced an update on the computer and thus crashed it. I tried everything to resolve the issue to no avail. This includes trying to factory reset it and installing a new boot device with a USB. HP support says I should go to an affiliated store to resolve the issue or visit the HP community expert center for help. Please respond back as soon as possible with any solutions or tips.
