At this point I would reset the BIOS settings to factory default and see if the system will boot from hard disk then. If not, the operating system on the hard disk is likely damaged - probably all you can do is reset the system to its factory state if you have recovery media or install a clean operating system if you do not have recovery media.

Now showing menu startup how do I recover so I can log on and use internet etc?

I have no component tab on the diagnostic page only tabs are memory, storage and exit?
