Example: HP pavilion Laptop 15-cc5xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It was blue screen at first, later changed to Boot Device Not Found, please install an operating system. Hard Disk (3FO) on a black screen. I pressed F2 for Hard drive check and I got the following:

SMART CHECK: PASSED

Long DST: FAILED, FAILURE ID: 9TRJ3T-92WAQS-MFPURG-61AAO3

Hi,

The failuer id indicates that the drive has failed and needs to be replaced.

I would replace with an SSD which will give a great boost to the everyday performance of the PC

You can create a bootable USB drive on a different PC with Windows 10 on it and then use to reinstall the OS

Hope it helps,
