Hi, people. I have a problem: "Boot device not found. Please install an operating system on your hard disk. Hard disk(3F0)".

I tried to fix it using a video on YouTube, but everyone had a line in the BIOS "legacy support", but I don’t have it. What should I do?

Hello Foxtil,

I would like to assist you with your issue. Access your Bios and Verify you can see your Hard Drive and unplug all USBs. The Hard Drive is not being seen, so here is a few ways to verify the Hard Drive and not your Computer:

1.) Run a hardware test on your system to test Hard Drive

2.)Try to perform a HP Recovery Windows Reset, doing this will align your Windows boot records which affect your Windows OS and booting.

3.)Try to make a boot USB with linux on it or try a new Hard Drive.

(NOTE: Here are the steps for creating a bootable USB: https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/linux/create-a-bootable-ubuntu-usb-flash-drive-the-easy-way/ )
