HP Stream 14-ax0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

I receive the following message Boot Device Not Found, please install an operating system on your hard disk.

Hard disk (3F0)

I deleted my operating system in error while trying to do a factory reset.  Can someone assist me with getting this reloaded onto my HP stream?  Are there any DOS commands to re-install this?  Do I need the reinstall with a USB?

@Birdie_44

If you had bothered to come here first, before charging ahead, we would have told you that the Stream models are unable to do built-in factory resets due to insufficient storage and saved you the trouble you are encountering now.

You need to check into the HP Cloud Recovery option described below.

If your PC is a 2016 model or newer, you should see if you can make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool on a working PC.

The recovery drive can then be used to install Win10 and the HP drivers and utilities that originally came with your PC.

I didn't know at the time that this wasn't possible to do on the HP stream.  Thank you for the tools you provided to assist me with resolving my issue.
