My laptop (hp-11ab05nr, I believe) comes up with a screen that says:
Boot Device Not Found
please install an operating system on your hard disk.
Hard Disk (3F0)
F2 System Diagnostics
when I hit F2, it goes to a screen that gives a Memory Test and Storage Test Option. I ran the memory test and it was fine. The storage test refused to run. So, I’m stuck. I’ve turned the computer on and off several times and same thing.
what can I do?

This is a hardware issue with the Hard drive. Please contact HP Support in your Region for Service Options
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
