Boot Decvice Not Found
Please install an operating system on hard disk.
Hard Disk (3F0)
Solutions I have already tried and NOT solved the issue:
1) Enabling Leagcy Support and Disabling Secure Boot
2) Disabling Legacy Support and Enabling Secure Boot
3) pressing f11 - does not work
4) ran hard drive checks both quick and extensive - all passed
In the Boot Options, it is currently at:
USB Boot - enabled
Network Boot - disabled
Network Boot Protocol - iPv4 + iPv6 (UEFI)
Legacy Support - Disabled
Secure Boot - Enabled
Is there anything else I can try? The solutions that are working for all the videos I've watched and answers I've read here are not solving the issue on my end. The Leagacy Support fix isn't resolving the issue on its own.

Have you tried to find the HDD/SSD using the Diskpart command from a C:\ prompt ?
Get a C:\ prompt and type in: "Diskpart" and hit enter.
When the service starts type in "List Disk" and hit enter.
Does the HDD/SDD show up in the list ?
If it does then you need to load a driver for the HDD/SDD.
If not, you're in trouble deep.
Is there an available Bios update for your machine ?
If so, load it and hope the new firmware will see the HDD/SDD on reboot.
I'm in the exact same boat as you and have been working the problem for a couple of days now.
My drive showed up in Diskpart until I loaded the "Intel SSD Firmware" and now it's gone and not accessible.
There is a Bios firmware update for my machine but of course the file has issues and I can't get it to load onto a bootable usb stick so for now I'm stuck.
If all else fails, I may pull the SSD and install it in a working machine and see what happens.
I'm watching this thread...
Good luck

I'm not even able to open a c:/ prompt. At least not through the shift+f10 method. That brings up the Bios menu(f10) and trying it generates that loud beep and no results.
System Diagnostics and Bios Setup Utility is all I seem to have access to.

Do you have access to a working machine ??
Make yourself a bootable stick with windows recovery on it on the working machine.
h**ps://kb.iu.edu/d/bciz (change the stars to tt)
Install the stick in the problemed machine and restart.
It should boot to windows recovery.
From there chose to open a c:\ prompt and proceed as we talked earlier.

I did get around to finally giving that a try. I was feeling optimistic when it let me try to get ir installed. However, it'll run through the installation process, restart, and then I'll be right back where I started as if it never installed to begin with and repeat the process. I've tried formatting the hard drives too. Nothing seems to be "sticking". I tried Windows 11 (the one it had before it all went nuclear) and I tried Windows 10 (the one it came with). I also tried putting it in Legacy mode while doing this but it still won't boot.
In the meantime, I've replaced the laptop and lost that data. I'm not sure if there's anything else I could try? Have you had any success?
