Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-ed1000 (169W3AV)

Hello!, I have a HP ENVY X360 I tried  to factory reset using F11 and it just black screens on me and then when I turn it off and on it pops up a menu saying "Boot Device Not Found" and when I try and load setup files on BIOS setup utility nothing happens it just takes me back to the Boot Device not Found page, how do I fix this?
