Product: HP notebook. Model 14-dgO521sa

Hi, I have  a HP notebook model 14-dgO521sa. When I turn it on it says 'Boot device not found. Please install an operating system on your hard disk. Hard disk (3F0). F2 system diagnostics.' 

I have been through HP customer support guides on this problem and have tried everything to sort it but nothing has fixed it. Does anybody have any idea on how i can solve the problem.

We can't see the photo you posted until later.

 

In all likelihood your hard drive has failed and you need a new one.
