The problem happened when my computer was getting stuck and restarting everytime it did, sometimes it threw a BSod with error as INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE . After trying every option in the system recovery advanced options, it didn't resolve the issue, when i clicked ufei firmware settings, the system turned odd and now only one screen appears as shown when I turn on my PC. I'm getting Hard Disk 3F0 error. Also I'm getting OS boot manager not found on BIOS setup utility when I click OS boot manager in the boot options. I have run all the diagnostic tests, there was no problem with any component. Every test passed. Please suggest a solution.

Hi @Saahil2,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If you're encountering the "Boot Device Not Found" error on an HP Laptop PC 15s, it typically indicates an issue with the computer's hard drive or the operating system's boot configuration. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem.
- Check the boot order: Restart your laptop and access the BIOS or UEFI settings by pressing the appropriate key during startup (usually F10, F12, or Esc). Once in the BIOS/UEFI, navigate to the boot options and ensure that the hard drive is listed as a bootable device and has the highest priority. Save any changes and restart the laptop to see if it resolves the issue.
- Verify the hard drive is detected: While in the BIOS/UEFI, navigate to the storage devices section and verify if the hard drive is detected. If it's not listed, it could indicate a hardware problem with the hard drive or its connection. In such cases, it may require professional assistance to diagnose and repair the issue.
- Reset BIOS/UEFI settings to default: In the BIOS/UEFI settings, you can usually find an option to restore the settings to their default values. Choose this option, save the changes, and restart the laptop. Sometimes, incorrect settings in the BIOS/UEFI can cause boot problems.
- Check the hard drive connections: If you are comfortable doing so, you can try opening your laptop's casing and check if the hard drive is properly connected. Ensure the cables connecting the hard drive to the motherboard are secure and not loose. If you find any loose connections, carefully reseat them and try booting the laptop again.
- Test the hard drive: Some HP laptops come with built-in hardware diagnostics. You can access them by pressing a specific key (such as F2 or F12) during startup. Run the diagnostic tests for the hard drive to check for any errors or failures. If errors are detected, you may need to replace the hard drive.
- Reinstall the operating system: If the above steps don't resolve the issue, it's possible that the operating system's boot configuration has become corrupted. In this case, you may need to reinstall the operating system using a recovery or installation media. You can create a bootable USB drive with the operating system's installation files and use it to reinstall the OS.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
