Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey everyone. I sure could use some help. I couldn't get any help from HP tech support after spending 8 hours on the phone and 5 different reps (one of which was a supervisor)

I did a factor reset....wiping everything. Upon Windows reinstalling it apparently got stuck /hung up during the rebooting. After a couple of hours I ignored the message "not to turn off computer". When my laptop came back on there was a message that Windows experience an unexpected interruption and to press OK to reinstall again. Well pressing OK did no good. Powering off and back on several times did no good either. I ended up in Repair Mode which I am familiar with. I decided to use Command Prompt to run several system and drive tests. I used several tech support articles to guide me thru all the different commands. Everything checked out. No issues. But then leaving the Command Prompt I somehow ended up in the Bios settings and I'm stuck and can't get out. Numerous times I have powered off and back on while hitting the ESC button rapidly which takes me right to Bios. I am seeing an error message 3FO which says my Boot Manager can't be found. I found several YouTube videos which all fix this issue by disabling the Secure Boot setting found under the Boot Options and SOMETHING called Legacy Support a quick  restart. However, my Boot Option settings and All of Bios settings do not have a Legacy Support option. I found the Secure Boot setting in a different place but disabling it didn't work. I even did the 3 hour extended Hardware test under F2 settings and there is no sign of any hardware problems. Can't find any software problems either. I have exhausted all the troubleshooting tools and can't seem to find my way out of the Bios settings and back to the Device Repair screen so I can repeat the steps for reset and reinstalling Windows 11. HP tech support was a miserable failure. They only wanted to sell me product. Can you believe I was told I had to pay a MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION of 16.99 and a one time activation of 35.00 to get help fixing this problem. I would be very grateful to anyone who can help. Thanks
