so I found my old Stream x360 (last used 4 years ago) laptop and tried to start it up but I got a cmos checksum invalid. It saits that it was going to repair it but when i waited the error disappeared and I was left with a black screen. So I waited but nothing popped up so i pressed f11 to get into system recovery because it wouldn't boot into an operating system but when I pressed f11 nothing happend. There was only some text in the bottom left on the screen and that says ''F11...System recovery" but nothing happens i even tried to press F11 again or hold it down. But norhing happend. Even F10 doesn't work. What should I do now? Btw this computer doesn't have a ceperate cmos battery. It uses the battery of the pc itself. (sorry if i'm saying wrong things because im not an expert"

Hi
I would make a W10 Repair/Recovery/Rebuild/Re-Install media from here...
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
IF/when it boots...
If you can set/reset the Time and Date in the BIOS that may help.

Nope... It doesn't work I just get the message in the left bottom screen ESC...Pause startup and i tried pressing it again and holding it. Nothing works. I think the bios is corrupted or something like that. Also when i turn it on and hold the power button for 3-4 seconds i get a black screen with a blinking caps lock key. it blinks 2 times every 5 or so seconds. But i can't find some useful information about this and I also takes ages with loading to get a new bios driver. (im trying to install a new bios on the pc but i don't think it´s going to work.

Hi
Depending on the age of the PC and the BIOS vendor...
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/bph07107
EG:
2 -- MEMORY PARITY ERROR
2 -- ROM FILE NOT FOUND IN ROOT DIRECTORY
~~~~~~~~~
LED blinks twice.
BIOS
BIOS corruption failure.
Reset the CMOS:
1 Restore BIOS if available. (If you can access the CMOS battery, pull it out and re-seat it.)
NB:- See the Services Media Library for steps for your PC.
2 Press the Windows + B keys to do a BIOS recovery.
If the error persists, replace the Main-Board.
And my pc doesn't have a cmos or i don't really know but when i opened the laptop there was no cmos battery (don't really know how to say this). Because the it uses the main battery. and that battery is dead or something because i need to keep the pc on the charger otherwise the pc would not work.
