I’ve been having a boot loop problem for months now, it all started about 5 to 4 months ago, my touch pad on my laptop stopped working. I took it to someone who I thought I could trust, but that ended up making it worse. I’m not sure what happened but now whenever I try to even open up the built in system recovery from the boot screen, I’m told to please wait but then I keep getting told the laptop will have to restart itself continuing the endless loop. The error code that keeps popping up is called “PNP DRIVER WATCHDOG”.
I’ve watched tutorials on how to fix the BIOS settings but I just can’t understand any of it and am in fear I might end up just killing my laptop overall. I can’t take it to an actual repair shop because I’m a Uni student and I don’t have the money at the moment. I think this is my final reach for help, I don’t know how much more I can personally take. I’m even willing to factory reset but I can’t even get to that option either.
If there is anyone who can help me, please help. I’m very desperate and am in dire need.
I can’t afford another laptop.
