Hp CPU
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm getting the boot loop error, where I'm getting the same screen every time whenever I turn on my CPU. Is there any one who can solve this!

Hi @RahulBhatt

Welcome to HP Support Community!

We noticed that this thread hasn't had any updates in a while since your original post; while this is rare, we didn't want this post to remain unanswered, so, here's the solution to your query. We hope it helps you and everyone viewing this post 😊

It looks like your HP CPU is stuck in a boot loop, repeatedly showing the HP logo with the "Press any key for Option ROM Messages" and "Press the ESC key for Startup Menu" prompts. This issue can be caused by BIOS settings, corrupted boot files, or hardware failures.

Here are a few steps you can try:

  1. Access the Startup Menu

    • Press ESC repeatedly as soon as you turn on the computer.
    • If the Startup Menu appears, try selecting F2 (System Diagnostics) to check for hardware issues.
  2. Reset BIOS Settings

    • If you can access the BIOS (usually by pressing F10 at startup), reset it to default settings.
    • Look for an option like "Load Setup Defaults" and apply it.
  3. Check Boot Order

    • In BIOS, ensure the correct boot device is selected (your primary hard drive).
    • If the boot order is incorrect, adjust it and save changes.
  4. Perform a Hard Reset

    • Turn off the computer, unplug it, and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
    • Then, reconnect power and try booting again.
  5. Run HP Hardware Diagnostics

    • If you can access the Startup Menu, select F2 (Diagnostics) and run a full system test.
  6. Try Booting from a Recovery Drive

    • If Windows is corrupted, you may need a bootable USB with Windows recovery tools.
    • You can create one using another PC and Microsoft's Media Creation Tool.

Let me know if you need more guidance!
